November 2023

Kicking Off with Thrills & Chills
Setting the tone for an exciting year, our ‘Thrills & Chills at Allou Fun Park’ trip (Link) is an annual day of fun and bonding. It is not just about the rides and games, but about creating a sense of unity and excitement that propels students into the academic year ahead (attached photo).

Nurturing Creativity
A highlight of our holiday season is the ‘Winter Wonderland Creations Christmas Workshop’ (Link). Students craft festive decorations while engaging in themed interactive activities, reinforcing language development in a fun, seasonal context (attached photo).

A Spirit of Giving
Our Christmas Bazaar (Link) allows students to showcase their crafts and entrepreneurial skills, with all proceeds donated to charity. This annual event teaches students the value of community and generosity. Raising over €3,000 for ‘SOS Children’s Villages Greece,’ our school community came together to make a positive impact (attached photo).

Honouring Achievements
Our Annual Awards Ceremony (Link) has been a cornerstone event at CHRONOS for over 20 years. Immersive Learning
‘From Big Ben to Cambridge Dreams’ (Link) is a transformative annual educational trip that immerses students in the English language and British culture. More than just a trip, this five-day journey through London and Cambridge is a living, breathing classroom where students experience firsthand the culture and history they study (attached photo).

Promoting Inclusivity and Creativity
Our Costume Party (Link), held annually during Carnival, is an inclusive event that invites students and teachers to wear costumes that reflect their personalities, interests, and imaginations. This fun and light-hearted celebration brings together the entire school, fostering a sense of belonging (attached photo).

Strengthening the Parent-Student Connection
Last year’s seminar, ‘Effective Communication Between Parents and Teenagers’ (Link), equipped parents with hands-on exercises and expert advice on how to strengthen their relationships with their children, creating a more harmonious school environment for everyone (attached photo).

Every April, during our ‘Stage Magic: A Live Performance for Young Minds’ (Link), students experience the magic of theatre. A Creative Spring Celebration
Our ‘Hop into Spring: Easter Craft Celebration’ (Link) workshop is a cherished event where students celebrate the joy of Easter. They create beautiful Easter decorations, share seasonal stories, and enjoy the creative process in a fun, engaging environment that brings the school community closer together (attached photo).

The ‘Shining Language Stars’ end-of-year performance (Link) is a celebration which provides a platform for our preA1/A1 students to showcase their language skills through performing.
